Product Information
An awning is a secondary covering attached to the exterior wall of a structure. It is typically composed of canvas woven acrylic, cotton, polyester, or vinyl laminated to polyester fabric that is stretched tightly over a structure of aluminum. Mr. Cover All is your premier provider of premium retractable awnings, which can be used to cover residential or commercial patios, windows, doors or any outdoor space. At Mr. Cover All, we pride ourselves with the quality installations we provide and will work with you to safely place your awning anywhere you like.
A cassette awnings is essentially the fabric roll and arms surrounded by an aluminum shell.
The difference between an awning and a canopy is simple. An awning is a covering attached to the exterior wall of a house or building while a canopy requires the use of one or more posts for support. Such architectural projections provide protection from the sun and UV radiation or from other ever-changing weather conditions. Moreover, you can use them to add a nice little decorative touch to your home or business while increasing your living space and adding value to your home and outdoor living space.
Our retractable awnings are built using durable airplane grade aluminum. Our fabrics are the best quality from Sunbrella Fabrics for long lasting materials.
Over 900 colors and styles.
With a cassette awning you can protect your fabric when not using the awning and therefore extending the life of the unit.
Depending on the color of the fabric, each fabric has its own tested rating on how much light it transmits or blocks and also how much heat it allows through.
Our awnings, in ideal conditions, are highly wind resistant. It is important to note that although the awning in very strong, the area to which it is affixed may not handle the tremendous loads so it is very important that you only have your awning extended when in use. To increase, but not guarantee, your awnings safety we always recommend a windsensor which will retract your awning when the wind becomes too strong.
