Steve, Ash and Brad did a good job installing the 2 awnings purchased from MCA. They made sure the awning was safe and reinforced the structure as necessary. When I wanted an adjustment after install, they were quick to come and get it done. Looks great and hoping it will last a long time!

Cecil was always on-top of my back yard renovation project. Despite the challenges with COVID-19, we were constantly in contact. My job wasn’t very large as it was just installation of two retractable awnings but he ensured that I was taken care of. A great experience with Mr. Coverall and their installation technicians. Cecil walked me through the selection of 2 beautiful retractable awnings for our floating home patio. The awnings arrived in timely fashion and Brandon arranged an installation time of my choosing, where upon the installation team came to complete the project. The team was polite, skilled and cleaned up after themselves.

Cecil explained all of our different options, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable. The selection of awning colours and patterns was fantastic! And there was no sales pressure. We received written quotes via email, with no hidden costs, and the price quoted is what we paid. On installation day, a 3-man crew installed our roof-mounted awning in just a couple of hours!

He was on time for the inspection and sent a quote with different options for a retractable awning that day and I believe the pricing was very fair…The awning itself was ready for installation as represented, the installation crew was very professional and the office followed up right after it was installed to ensure we were satisfied.
